New clients typically engage with us initially to address various solution delivery issues that can arise as program scope and scale increase beyond the previous experience of either the business or the technical delivery teams. We engage in these situation through close collaboration with both teams, identifying the gaps and closing them through introduction of improved processes that are implemented side-by-side with the affected stakeholders. These bespoke processes are crafted to fit each organization’s delivery framework so as to address areas where assumption or misinterpretation may have contributed to insufficient clarity regarding roles, responsibilities, or process.
Our primary area of expertise is in Business Process Management project implementations on several BPMS platforms to include Pegasystems PRPC and BizFlow, with whom we maintain a partnership. We also provide supplemental consulting services around cloud deployment and adoption with technical expertise on the Amazon Web Services platform – we’ve built our own infrastructure around this widely adopted cloud platform.
